During these years, we developed our professional design team, we established the scientific quality and production management procedure. Guangtuo Mold is the metal stamping mold maker supplier for many famous enterprises of China, Europe, America and Russia.
Guangtuo Mold was founded in 2003, as a workshop for rough machining for molds. And now, it is developed to a professional Auto parts metal stamping mold and home appliances stamping molding factory. Guangtuo Mold provide the service of the wire cuting, mold design, mold making and stamping part and so on to the customers. In 2013, we move to the new plant and renovate all the equipment machines, renaming to Dongguan Guangtuo Mold Co., Ltd. The company regards the Auto inside and outside decoration metal part mold, home appliances mold such as Computer cases, TV, LED,Display, communication apparatus, washing machine and so on as the core business. Our main customer in Auto parts metal stamping mold are Toyota, APAC, G-MAX, MADHUSUDAN AUTO; Our main customers in Home Appliances mold are TCL, Delux, JIALI GROUP and so on. Currently there are 110 staff in Guangtuo Mold, among which, 10 are mold designers,25 are technical engineers; 10 are administrative staff and 8 are quality staff. The factory takes up 10000 square meters. The output is 100 molds per month and 1200 molds per year. The Production value is about $25 million every year. The biggest mold is nearly 15T and the size is 4000*2000*1000. We own the 800T press machine to try the mold.
