This forms the core of the D MISS GROUP and a reference point for our customers. It is located at a major transportation hub of Eastern Europe, allowing for shorter delivery times at a lower cost.Our knitwear factory, also in a key location in FYROM - R.VALANDOVO, is housed in brand new facilities, which were finished in 2012. This is a fully equipped vertical production unit, with advanced technological equipment and a work force of 300 workers. It has a capacity of 300, 000-350, 000 units/month.PRODUCTIONThe production/manufacture of clothing is a very complex process. The range of textile production is large. It starts from fibres and ends with finished products. The D miss Group has the expertise and the specialised staff to stand by you at all stages of production, from samples to the dispatch of orders.The patterns are designed and developed in a computer system, allowing us to check every little detail, thus saving fabric.We are confident that you will have the right trends in your hands to create collections that will stand out and impress your customers. Each trend we use can be translated into compelling commercial products.We process the most demanding materials with absolute precision, thanks to our LECTRA new-generation automatic cutter.QUALITY-LABORATORY CONTROLMachinery, however, alone cannot ensure the perfect result that is necessary to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we have developed a prototype and infallible control system, implemented in each production stage.The quality control department follows strict specifications concerning the fabric, and the cutting and sewing each garment separately. Controls for staining and washing tests are always performed.Our specialists carry out repeated quality checks. Only when the fabric, the sewing of the garment and its fit have been approved and meet the high expectations of our customers do we continue to the next step of production.Ensuring our product quality is of utmost importance for the Dimis group.We can proudly say that all our products adhere to the strict international rules of Textile Ecology, as the Dimis group examines the impact of its production processes on humans and the environment, such as safety at work, consumption of materials, water and energy, and generation of dust and noise, as well as the impact of our textile products and their chemical components on human health and well-being.We work with a number of certified laboratories that closely monitor our products. We conduct all types of control necessary to allow us to guarantee that your apparel will continue to look great over time. We also submit our clothing to inspections for harmful substances in accordance with the strictest international regulations, but also to additional quality controls in accordance with our own strict standards of production.All our suppliers are certified according to the standards OEKO-TEXî Standard 1000 and OEKO-TEXî Standard 100.Furthermore, experts such as the UL-STR and SEDEX periodically draft special reports with information regarding the Dimis group in four key areas: Working standards, Health & Safety, Environment, Business Ethics
