Preventative maintenance for equipment supporting Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned advertising units, also coordinating electrician service calls as needed and making minor Cosmetic repairs as necessary. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and materials handling equipment in performing duties. - Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Experienced with repairs and maintenance on a full range of electrical systems: Ballasts, Outlets, switches.Ensure vendors understand scope of work and helps to define details. Responsibilities and Achievements-Responsible for maintenance repairs and installation systems in: Boilers, Chillers, Generators, HVAC systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Refrigeration, Nurse call Systems, paitient lifts, Beds/Stretchers, Pneumatic tube system. ?Experienced with repairs and maintenance on a full range of electrical systems: Ballasts, Outlets, switches, motors, pumps, etc. Also have a wide range of knowledge in Plumbing such as rebuilding faucets, toilets, pumps, control valves, steam traps etc. Achievements for maintenance systems- Siemens building control systems.
