Founded in 2004, Dalian Sanjiang Metal Products Co., Ltd. is a sheet metal parts processing company specialized in the manufacturing and processing of various sheet metal parts, stamping parts, sheet metal structural parts, sheet metal stamping parts, sheet metal welding parts, sheet metal assembly, sheet metal machining parts, power distribution cabinets and locomotive cabinets. With total assets of RMB 50 million and factory building area of 12,000 m2, we have 160 employees currently, and 20 of them have an educational background above junior college.Presently we have 3 sets of Amada CNC sheet metal shearing, punching and bending equipment with world advanced level and over 10 sets of special CO2 protected, argon arch and resistance welding machines, offering us a capacity of producing a great variety of large-size sheet metal products with sheet thickness of 0.3-5mm, and the error of large-size sheet metal control box in length of 4m is less than 1mm now; there are also perfect burnishing and sandblasting processes for various metal parts, etc. in our company. We have near 30 sets of various punching equipment in addition, including 1 set of 400T two-point punch press, 1 set of 315T oil press, and 2 sets of 250T two-point punch press, offering a capacity of cutting, forming, bending, compensation and light stretching, etc. treatments of various sheet metals. As a private enterprise integrating die design, processing & fabrication of a variety of sheet metal parts, our company is mainly engaged in home appliances, locomotive and automobile, etc. industries. Currently our major customers are well-known enterprises such as Haier, Sanyo and Toshiba Locomotive.After years of effort, the company has had high core competence in respect of processing and welding, etc. of sheet metal parts.
