Company Description

CTS are a privately owned Israeli company operating in the Israel market since 1921 and, as of the late 1980s, active in Europe and in the Far East.
Our Mission:
CTS are focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing products in a broad spectrum of health and nutrition, for human, animal, plant and seeds applications.
CTS deal only with quality products which can be professionally promoted, and which have solid scientific proof of safety, effectiveness and reliability.
CTS operate in three major fields:
1 Health Care Products (pharmaceutics and para-pharmaceutics) through its CTS Health Care Division
2 Agriculture Products and Seeds through its Agrica Division
3 Veterinary products through its Animal Care Division
Each field is defined as an independent division with profit centers adapted to the nature of the division, the market in which it operates and its activities.
The general strategy of the firm is determined by management, with the support of the responsible departments for planning, control and coordination, including the finance department, administration, human resources and information systems. This organizational structure provides CTS with the appropriate flexibility for taking full advantage of opportunities and making swift decisions in production, sales and service.
Additional Holding:
CTS hold a 50% partnership in the ownership of Novolog a distribution and logistics firm which distributes to pharmacies and medical institutions. Novolog is a leading company in its field, providing services to more than 15 local and international pharmaceutical companies operating in the Israel market.
