Early Conditional Surveys/ Inspections, Immediate Intervention for Rectifications & Repairs and strategically planned Routine Preventive Maintenance are important facets in the demands of Modern Architectural and Structural management, especially in the recent urbanizing around the world. To keep in pace with the far more demanding designs of todays architectural icons be it architectural or structural, the need for a safe, multi-efficient and cost effective immediate method of access and a fall-arrest/ safety life-line system is crucial. These elements should be integrated into the blue-print at the earliest stage of planning & designing not only for aesthetics but as to allow contingency should there be a need for rescue operations during the construction phase or merely should it be required to assist in the construction stage.

Industrial Rope Access

or IRA, is a proven method of achieving safe & rapid initial access to remote locations that were once thought to be costly and impossible at HEIGHT or DEPTH.

It was initially developed from techniques utilized in caving to answer for the need of a simple, safe and adaptable means of access. Its first large scale use was meant for inspections on the Oil and Gas Platforms of the North Sea. As its value as a work solution grew, rope access has revolved and developed inshore where it is seen undertaking all manner of work. Its application is diversified from high-rise window and facade cleaning, to architectural & structural general maintenance & repairs, construction, advertising, geotechnical and most especially inspection works on some of the world's most iconic structures.

As SAFETY being the ultimate factor in our operations, we abide to a strict set of comprehensive guidelines which is currently used as the foundation for General Work At Height. The internationally recognized new British Standards 'BS7985', "code of practice for use of rope access for industrial purposes, United Kingdom'', have been credited by Health & Safety Executives, United Kingdom and recognized by Ministry of Manpower, Singapore.
