We specialize in measuring the spectra and images of sub-micron sized samples. We also manufacture specialized NIST traceable standards, accessories for our instruments and microscopes as well as specialized software for using our systems. We are a service oriented company and our products have applications in forensics, coal analysis, semiconductor and flat panel display quality control and in drug discovery.
