A subsidiary of Hong Kong's COSCO Group, COSCO Aluminum is your one-stop shop for aluminum extrusion products. Our capabilities include alloying, tooling manufacturing, extrusion, precision CNC machining, metal stamping, welding, finishing and assembly. We design and manufacture profiles of all sizes. Our regular alloys include 6063, 6061, 6N01, 6005, 6082, 6060, 7005, 5083, 5056 and 3003. We customize our extrusions according to your specific requirements by cutting, punching, drilling, chamfering, bending, stamping, CNC milling and lathing. You can choose from a variety of surface treatments, including mirror polishing, sand blasting, brushing, chrome coating, conventional anodizing with or without color, hard anodizing, powder coating, painting and silkscreen printing. We make our own alloys in house. Our regular alloys are:6061, 6063, 6005, 6060, 6082, 5083, 5056; 7005, 7020, etc... We provide assembling (riveting, Pem insertion, welding,etc.) as part of our value-added services. Reliable quality (ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949:2002 -certified). Compliant with the RoHS Directive.We currently have five extrusion presses, 550-ton, 880-ton, 1250-ton, 1800-ton and 2500-Ton respectively. The total capacity of these 5 presses reaches 11,000 tons/year.
