Consulante Systema Gestionale (CSG) has evolved over a period of time from early 2006, and represents a consultancy partnership of like-minded senior Lead Auditors and engineers who have spent their lives closely aligned and involved with the development of management systems in various sectors in the business world. This has been achieved with particular emphasis on all international standards, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Consulante Systema Gestionale has a portfolio of diverse activities on offer to various customers world-wide. These include extensive training programmes on ISO standards (9001: 2000, 14001: 2004, 22000: 2005, OHSAS 18001: 2007, EN 12285-1, 9110: 2005) , implementation of industry best practices (lean six sigma, Gemba Kaizen, HAZOP and FMEA) , Consultancy services, 2nd party audits (internal audits, supplier's audit, preassessment and gap analysis) and Engineering services.
All of the key players are I. R. C. A (International Register of Certificated Auditors) certified and bring considerable experience of discrete overall management of projects, modification packages, certification requirements (in various countries) , Quality Assurance and Training.
