Founded in 1982 under miss try of construction of Vietnam, through 20 years of operation Vietnam National construction and Engineering, Export- import Corp.CONSTREXIM, the company has made steady growth and established its present status as one of the leading company under Ministry of Construction.With its consecutively efforts and dynamic to integrate in the market economy, in July 30th 2001, at the Decision of Prime ministry of Vietnam, CONSTREXIM has been allowed to apply new organization model of holding company as the first one in Vietnam. From 20th April 2002, pursuant to new organization model, the company operates as a mother company of the holding corporation under the new name Vietnam construction investment and export- import holdings corps (CONSTREXIM- Holdings.Through many years of experiences, CONSTREXIM has become a reputed and leading enterprise under Ministry of Construction in exports and import activities.
