Seller/SellerMandate issues Draft Contract. Buyer/Buyer Mandate signs the contractand return to Seller. Seller/Seller Mandate signs the contract andreturns a copy to Buyer.The buyer or his representative comes down to inspect the gold,collect sample from the box containing gold to analyse to ascertainthe quality.Upon satisfactory of the quality, buyer pay 5 percent (10%) includedthe seven per cent of the export tax and charge of government to thetransit company in charge to enable acquire the necessary documents toship the gold to the buyerâs choice of destination.
