George Realty was established in November of 1984 and has become one of the most unique real estate companies in the Southern California and Pacific Rim markets.
In 1991 the company consisted of 60 real estate agents and was headquartered in Alhambra, California in a 16, 000 square foot Real Estate office that grew to 213 agents on staff by the beginning of 1996. In 1996 a second location was built and opened in the Rowland Heights and Diamond Bar areas of California, consisting of an 8, 800 square foot Real Estate office with 87 agents on staff.
In 1998 George Realty became affiliated with Coldwell Banker to become the largest and only Coldwell Banker Affiliate with a direct link to the Pacific Rim communities and the rapidly expanding Pacific Rim buyers coming into the Southern California market.
In January of 2000, a third office consisting of 80 agents in a 12, 000 square foot real Estate office centered in the heart of Arcadia across from the major tourist attractions of the Santa Anita Race Track and the Los Angeles County Arboretum was opened.
