CNC machines, CNC Job work and spares for CNCWe offer High Volume Sub-contracting work on our CNC lathes and CNC Milling Machines at our RAK Free Zone Workshop, Indigenization to stop Imports : Reverse Engineering to develop parts from Samples- The CNC Lathes are of German Origin and can accommodate jobs upto 600 mm in Dia and 1000 Mm in Length. Our primary focus is contract machining of large job lots, but we have not lost sight of the need for customers smaller sized and prototype orders. OUr Milling Machine is the Large Portal Type machine with Table size of : 1500mmx2000mmx1200mm. We also have a Rotary/Tilting Table of dia 350mm on the machine, thus additional 2 axis are available In collaboration with our Associates in India we are able to supply you any metal part that you might be looking for castings, Forgings, Stampings, Laser cut/ Punched parts, Turned /Milled parts, Die / moulds, Rubber/plastic parts & Machined parts etc.- Additionally we also stick to our Core strength and business ie. CNC Machine servicing and Upgrade . We offer following products and serives:- Stock and Sale of Spares for CNC/PLC Controls, Servo Drives, Sensors, motion control elements- Ballscrews/ LM guides/ Precision Bearings, trackrollers. Sinumerik, Fagor, Fanuc, Heidenhain and other controls can be served in addition to PLC from Simatic S5, S7 series, Mitsubishi, Omron etc. We have on Stock several Controls from FAnuc, Siemens and Anilam for resale and Servo Motors and Drives on Stock at UAE. - We take up complete Electrical / Mechanical Refurbishing of Machine tools & Retrofit of New Controls to replace Obsolete CNC Cotnrols/PLC controls/ Servo Drives.
