MAGELLAN-is the first and the sole company specializing in manufacture and supply of coco growing mediums to the market of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland and Baltic Countries!
The company MAGELLAN got control over the new market and became the first company in Ukraine, engaged in the manufacture of products of coco industry. We use coco material of high quality, which is a perfect natural raw material for our production.
We applied new methods, machinery, new standards of quality and safety to enter the world market with highly productive and environmentally safe manufacture.
To study better the properties of coco substrate and after-effects of its application, our company cooperates with Sri Lanka State Research and Development Institute on Coco Study.
Under the direction of specialists of scientific laboratory of the Institute, the employees of our factory conjointly study coco substrate and methods of its application for growing various plants.
Particular feature and uniqueness of the factory of the company MAGELLAN is the fact that we developed the complete production cycle starting from coco husk storage, its processing and washing, drying and sieving, cleaning and using for manufacture of finished coco products. Thus, our production process is stable and effective, and it does not depend on unfavourable external factors.
Our factory has a favourable location, so there is a free access to central trade port and commercial capital. Today we start the export of our products of coco industry, being tested on each stage of the process of its production in a modern laboratory in order to conform to all world-existing standards, to the markets of Ukraine, Russia, Baltic and other countries, we use special containers intended to protect products while transporting.
We guarantee that our products don't contain any weeds and their seeds, and the necessary level of chemical values, such as: EC < 1 ms / cm and P. H. 5. 5-6. 0, is obligatory.
We are ready to propose You quality products, which correspond to world standards, at reasonable prices.
We developed the complete production cycle by constructing the factory on processing coco nuts, storage of necessary material for production of all assortment of coco products from coco fibre and coco peat.
At first, to prepare the necessary material for our products we take the husk of coco nut and wash it in water for a few months.
We use large artificial lakes for storing sufficient quantity of material for further processing.
Before manufacturing coco grow bags, bales, briquettes, discs and pots, the material is selected, additionally cleaned, mixed in a necessary proportion, weighed and sent to production department.
Having been prepared, the material is compressed on special high-technology hydraulic equipment for receiving finished products.
During the whole production process the continuous control of finished product quality and its correspondence to the requirements of the client is fulfilled. When passing quality control, finished coco products are packed for preserving their initial qualities and for further transportation
Quality control is exercised with the help of modern laboratory equipment. Individual control during manufacturing and monitoring the specification of each product by experienced and competent managers.
Professional management and control of each area of production activity for achieving qualitative and presentable finished product. Appropriate and safe packing of each product for long storage without the change of the main characteristics.
