CIMC-SHAC (Xi'an) Special Vehicles Co., Ltd. (called CIMC-SHAC simply) has been founded since September 2006, as a Sino-Foreign Joint Venture Enterprises invested by CIMC Vehicle Group, Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and CIMC Vehicle Investment Holdings Ltd., specially manufacturing and selling various special purpose vehicles.

Located in Jingwei Industry Park, Xi'an Economic & Technology Development Zone, CIMC-SHAC is adjacent to the commercial vehicle industry park for Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd, neighboring to many Expressways, such as Fuyin, Lianhuo, Hushan, Xihan, Xiyu, besides highway-ring around Xi'an with superior geographical position and convenient transportation. The company covers over 400Chinese acres with primary gross investment of RMB250 million Yuan and owns sophisticated facilities, like large sets of decoiling & separating strip, steel Surface Pretreatment unit, Numerical-control & Plasma Cutter, Robotic Welding Systems and spraying production line, building the most advanced dumping truck and semi-trailer production lines in China.
