Changzhou No.6 Radio Components Factory established in 1966 with employees over 800 and technicians 200, occupying area 20000 square meters, possessing fixed assets RMB53millions.The major products are: LGA type fixed inductor, LGB type inductor, LGC type chip inductor, toroidal coil, air wound coil, linearity coil, buzzer and ferrite core.The annual output of fixed inductor is about 500 millions, ferrite core about 1000 million. We are one of the largest manufacturer of inductors in Chian.We are equipped with advanced equipment, possessing 200 sets electronic meters, including HP4386&4285. We import 400 sets of machine tool, cutting machine, mixer, pelletizer and etc. from Germany, Japan, Taiwan and etc. including 1 rotary kiln, 2 spray dryer, 2 set of 10M sintering kiln, 2 sets of 14M sintering kiln ,350 sets of auto and semi auto winding machine, 7 sets of axial lead coil coating assembly line, 2 sets of radial lead coil coating line, 10 sets of radial lead coil tapping machine. We have qualified routine testing room.We are ISO9002 certificate in Jun, 1996 and ISO9001(2000 edition) certificate in 2003. Our products are widely used in TV, taped recorder, computer, telephone, motor, etc. Our products are exported to England, U.S.A., Holland, Spain, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hongkong, and etc. except sale to the domestic market.
