China National Shipbuilding Equipment & Materials Corp. (shorted as CSEMC) is a state-operated enterprise of small commodities, materials, and equipment in shipbuilding line and related industries. We were established in 1989. CSSC and CSIC possess respectively 50 percent of our stock.

With headquarters in Beijing, CSEMC has ten subsidiaries in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, Tianjin, Wuhan, Chongqing, Jiujiang, Kunming, Taiyuan, and Beijing. In addition, there are more than ten holding companies or joint ventures in Xiamen, Chengdu, and other cities.
