(CHC for short) was established in 1994, headquartered in Beijing, with business involving international trade and engineering, energy exploitation and management, service trade and supporting, real estate investment and construction, culture media and education, and holds 30 subsidiaries. CHC opened Cuba, Germany, Canada, Australia, Sri Lanka and other countries branches or representative offices. In recent years, the group has been committed to solar energy industry such as solar home system, solar water pump, solar light and became the majority shareholder of Beijing Solar Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd.
Beijing Solar Energy Research Institute Co., Ltd. Was established in 1979 which is the earliest and largest solar energy R&D organization of China. It is the cradle of China's new energy technology industry and the support unit of National Engineering Research Center for Renewable Energy and Beijing Solar PV Technical Research Center.
