Changzhou Yugang Forging Co.,Ltd. is mainly responsible for forging and forging related business, and Changzhou Sail Precision Machinery Co.,Ltd is mainly responsible for the production of precision machinery parts and components. Changzhou Sail Precision Machinery Co., Ltd presently has a 3800 square meter production plant and a 1000 square meter auxiliary floor area for office buildings. The main equipment includes: 4 CNC vertical machining center, a maximum table travel of 1360 (X-axis)* 700 (Y-axis)* 600 (Z-axis), FANUC controlling system; 10 CNC lathes, a workpiece maximum swing diameter and length 660 mm and 1500 mm, 4 surface-grinding machines, the largest table is 1000*400 mm, 3 digital milling machines, 3 other vertical milling machines, 3 radical drilling machines, a boring machine, 6 common lathes and other equipment. Testing equipment includes: a Hexagon three-dimensional detection machine (Croma10218), measuring range 1000* 2100* 800, and other conventional measuring tools. The highest dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerance of all productions are controlled to within 0.01 mm (up to 0.005 mm). The main products are tank wire drawing machine, steel cord stranding machine, CNC grinding machine industrial inkjet printer parts and modules; component materials include different kinds of carbon steels, alloy steel, die steel, forgings, pig iron castings, and non-ferrous metal castings. The main clients include Osaka Seiki, Wuxi Shenglida, Luoyang Machine Tool Factory, Yixing Shenglida, Shanghai Laibitai, Taiyuan Machine Tool Factory, Changzhou Langjier, Wuxi Aierhua, Wuxi Yilian and so on. The implemented quality standard is ISO9001:2008. For now there are 50 staff, including 6 administrative staff, 5 engineering technical personnel and 6 quality inspectors.
