Changzhou Junda Forging & Casting Co., Ltd. is a China forging manufacturer for power equipment appliances. Our mainly forgings are turbine rotors, steel shafts, cylinders, gear blanks, heavy rings, mineral rollers, and special alloy steel forgings.Our factory locates in Changzhou City, Jiangsu, China; which is a quite developed area in the east of china. Transportation is very convenient here. We have airport, train station, and ship port. It have only 2 hours from our factory to downtown of Shanghai, Nanjing and Wuxi city by car. We usually pick up customer visitors from Shanghai Pudong International Airport (2.5 hours) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (1.5 hours).Junda Forging have 1 set of 50MN free forging press, 1 set of 140MN free forging press(share holding), 5 sets of vertical heating furnace, in-house inspection laboratory, and 15 high level experienced engineers in forging, NDT, and material testing area. We have strictly quality controlling record, check, and analysis system, which could 100% guarantee the safety to use our products as designed.Junda Forging also strives to meet international management standard, which could improve our management level in both quality assurance and employee loyalty.
