All tooling and parts produced at our facilities are constantly monitored by our Quality Assurance Department to meet your specifications including those for material, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, molding standard, inspection and packaging. We also make all kinds of small precision inserts, whether molded in or fixed in after molding, according to provided drawings. Because our highly trained molding engineers, operators, technicians and designers thoroughly understand mold building and capability, the inserts we make could reach + / -. 001mm tolerance, which will fit in with your mold perfectly to assure high reliability and smooth running production, as well as to save lots of your time and cost.
