The company has a perfect green sand composition analysis and detection equipments,using advanced moldingmachine in molding, tower-furnace, middle frequency furnace or both in melting. During melting, the elements of theiron liquid such as carbon, silicon, magnetic, phosphor, and sulfur are all tested and analyzed on site before casting.
We are also equipped with digital metallographic microscope to observe the casting structure, all of these in order tomake high quality castings.
The management of company use the Japanese 5S management and TPM management, and passed the ISO9001(2000) quality management system certification in 2004, also use ISO 9001 quality management mode to make productionprocess, quality management standardized. Now we are going to make the certification of ISO/TS16949 Quality management.
