By the Water Shellfish has been processing premium hard shell lobster from the cold waters of the Atlantic for over ten years. Our commitment to quality, industry know how and state of the art processing facility allow us to provide various grades of lobster year round at exceptional quality. We are located on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the shadow on the Confederation Bridge, connecting Prince Edward Island to New Brunswick. After several expansions our facility has a capacity of 500,000 lbs, is CCSF or HACCP approved and can process any sized order based on our customers demand. We currently supply customers from around the globe and can process orders of any size. Our relationships with transport companies allow us to fulfill orders on a timely basis with just in time delivery and can be tracked by our customers from shipment to delivery. In addition to our relationship with freight providers, By the Water Shellfish operates its own fleet of refrigerated trucks ensuring on time delivery of our premium products.
