BRIONVEGA SIM2 Multimedia revives the designer audio

A harmonious mix of Italian made cult design and technology: this is the formula of the Brionvega brand, synonymous with stylistic innovation, technology, and aesthetic sense.
Since the sixties, Brionvega's success is the outcome of an alchemy of factors, such as the compliance with the strictest regulations, the constant improving of each type of performance, the stringent quality control so that any item will meet the compelling technical specifications. All this thanks to its extremely sophisticated control instrumentation and a severe analysis of the acoustic results, even within an environment simulating diversified listening conditions, an exclusive listening auditorium being available. The ease of use of its products is another factor of Brionvega's success: its equipment, in fact, must be not only technically viable, but easy to use as well.

In 2004 SIM2 Multimedia acquired the Brionvega division dealing with audio products and the license to use the brand, in order to manufacture and market new products or new versions of historical Brionvega products.

Established in 1995, SIM2 Multimedia has experienced an ongoing growth up to becoming a world leader in the production and marketing of high-end videoprojection systems, characterized by the best performance and an extremely high technology level. SIM2's product range, the most extensive of its field, goes from home theater (front and back
projectors) to videowalls, professional systems for control rooms, and projectors for E-cinema applications.

With its headquarters and factories located in Pordenone, SIM2 operates directly in Germany, Great Britain and United States, has a commercial office in Shangai and operates in 45 countries through specialized dealers.

SIM2 invests more than 20% of its human resources and 10% of its revenues in innovation and research & development, so ensuring a constant evolution of its products.

As for Brionvega, SIM2's objective is a sound revival of the brand, based on the exploitation of a stylistic and renown heritage, still today strongly associated with concepts of innovation and niche design.

Given the difference between SIM2 and Brionvega in terms of products offering, sale channels and marketing strategy, it has been necessary to establish a new company BV wholly owned by SIM2 but autonomous in its commercial and marketing policy, in order to manage the Brionvega products through new sale channels and a dedicated marketing strategy.

The SIM2/BV strategy, in fact, is to realize a range of products consistent with the past of the brand, reinterpreting and technically upgrading its successful stylistic lines, and confirming them as cult objects by harmoniously combining tradition and modernity, Italian style.
