Brain assets industries co. Limited (bas) established in 1994 which specialized in mould building, plastic injection and electronic assembly. With years of effort striving for excellence, bas has became a capable EMS provider. We provide services included turnkey solution, OEM / ODM services. We are proud to be the supplier of reputable multi-national corporation, to name a few, Philips CE, Philips sound solution, general electric, threesixty sourcing etc.
Bas have total 32, 000 sq. Meters production floor with 3 major divisions. They are:
1. Tooling division
2. Plastic division

1) tooling division
Equipped with state-of-art software and hardware, we are a professional mould builder with more than 10 years for various applications such as plastic injection, blow mould and die-cast mould. Bas provide one-stop solution from mould-design, fabrication, prototyping and statistical control.
Herewith the checklist for CAD / CAM softwares: Pro-e, auto-CAD, cimatron, mould flow, mouldwizard, solidedge, uni-graphic, fotoshop. . . Etc. We are able to read whatever common-use format of drawings provided by the customers.
2) plastic division
Brain assets plastic department equipped with 58 sets imported injection machines ranged from 25mt top 600mt, together with complete secondary production equipments like hot-stamping, pad-printing, paint spraying and silk-screening. . Etc we can provide comprehensive services for plastic parts.
We are honoured with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and latest ISO / ts 16949 which is a strict autombile industry standard. We supplied plastic components for automobile manufacturers like BMW, Toyota.
3) electronic department
Bas has ai / smt lines for PCB assembly, together with in-house signal room, ageing room, equipment calibrating riim, jig & fixture making room, ic programming room.
Currently, we have total 5 smt lines in which 2 are lead-free lines. With all the above advanced equipments, we found ourselves capable to provide service from pcba to cbu production.
Apart from OEM services, bas move forward to develop our own products included MP3, USB flash drive to accommodate a wide variety of markets and demand.
