Company Description

Borderless Trading is a global organisation with various interests and activities around the world. The Group is organised in five distinct entities: Borderless Europe, Borderless Africa, Borderless Solutions, Borderless Petroleum and Borderless Pharma. Borderless Africa has acquired over several years experience in the resources business with extensive concessions and licences mostly in the continent in various precious and base metals as well as precious stones. Activities include the extraction and processing of gold, platinum and silver, as well as other base metals such as titanium, chrome, tantalite among others.

These activities rely on our long tradition of consistent and extensive cooperation with various competent public and licensing authorities in the continent.

Through Borderless Europe, the group is also engaged in mineral projects in the Balkans region. Borderless also operates one of the largest gold refineries in Eastern Europe and is active in ancillary activities such as the design, manufacture and retail of jewellery and the secure storage and trading of bullion. Other activities in Europe include the manufacture, bottling and distribution of wines and other beverages and the negotiation and development of a number of properties. Borderless Europe also operates a retail bank in Macedonia.

Borderless Solutions provides a large portfolio of electronic services in various activities but with a specialised petroleum in asset and resource management packages for the oil and fuel industries. The company is also active in transport and logistics solutions in various markets worldwide.

Borderless Petroleum is a trading arm of the group providing intermediary services for various jurisdictions in the bulk shipping and retail distribution of gasoil and other petroleum products.

Borderless Pharma is active in various African jurisdictions in the supply and distribution of generic pharmaceutical products.

Borderless Trading has its operational headquarters in Malta.
