Established in 1996, the Company invests in main segments of the real estate market: Retail, commercial and industrial facilities, office projects and residential property. Its underlying aim is always to meet the highest European standards both in the development of commercial, industrial and retail premises, and in residential projects. BKT retains ownership of its commercial, industrial and office property once it has been developed and leased, while residential properties are offered for sale already during the construction period.

Our strategy is to assist clients through each phase of a real-estate project and provide services as necessary - from identification of suitable plots and the purchasing process through design and authorizations from local government to the actual construction and, finally, leasing and operating the property.

In commercial segment, BKT focuses on developing industrial and logistics facilities of the highest quality on a built-to-lease basis. Our aim is to be a partner of choice for foreign and local companies setting up their office and business facilities in the Baltics. The company seeks high visibility or strategically located sites in key industrial zones to develop office buildings, industrial parks and logistics facilities.
