We have developed a bio product called "BIO-CARE" which is in powder form. It stops bad odor immediately on application in septic tanks,sewage treatment plants,waste water stagnation,toilets, kitchen sinks,fish/poultry units, sago units,fish / vegetable / fruit / flower markets etc.,STPIn case of Sewage Treatment Plants, it is to be applied on daily basis at 10 Kgs. per one million litres of sewage. It is to be mixed in water and added to the collection tank, "on line" basis or manually at suitable intervals as per local needs. Odor is stopped within few minutes of application. Its induced aerobic action reduces the B.O.D., C.O.D., T.S.S., T.D.S. levels, etc., within about 12 hours time. After chlorination, the water can be let out into rivers/storm water drains, or used for gardening, golf course watering, etc.THERE IS NO NEED TO RUN THE AERATION BLOWER MOTORS, THEREFORE,POWER SAVING IS UP TO 70%. The residual sludge volume is less by 20% and the sludge is odorless too. The dried sludge has better manure value. BIO-CARE can be used in any type of STP?s - aerobic/anaerobic, working or defunct." DOMESTIC SEPTIC TANKSFor domestic septic tanks of 10000 litres capacity, Mix 50 gms. of BIO-CARE in 15 to 20 litres of water. Sprinkle one or two litres in kitchen sink, wash basin, toilet floor, bath room outlets and pour the balance into the toilet to reach it to the septic tank. No need to use acids, bleaching powder or other chemicals. If required, use small quantity of detergent powder or liquid few hours before applying BIO-CARE. For better result, use BIO-CARE in the night before retiring so that it is not washed off immediately. Repeat the application twice or thrice a week if the numbers of users are more than five members.
