As a consequence of the rapid expansion of its technology base, BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S Oil & Gas business is capable of addressing the largest and most complex engineering and application challenges entirely from its own worldwide resources.

Since the beginning of the commercial operation of neocomian reservoirs development in 2007 , BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S has produced over 19 bn m3 of gas and more than 3.7 mln ton of unstable gas condensate. Under the gas supply agreement made between BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S and JSC Gazprom, BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S is to supply gas to the Gazprom gas transportation system in the period from January, 1 to December 31, 2010. Gazprom is obliged to receive and pay the whole volume of extracted gas.

In 2006 BARMA GIDA CARET A.S produced 8 740.5 million? m3 of natural gas and 1129.7 thousand tons of unstable gas condensate. Compared to 2005, the growth of production in 2006 has made 24.4% for gas and 13.1% for condensate.


Keeping to every term of the license agreement ,BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S pays taxes without delay according to the Russian legislation. Since the production had started on the deposit, the Company has paid? $697.8? million in taxes to the budgets of all levels. The project realization has brought to 16 700 additional jobs, over 70 local companies have got contracts for various works.

BARMA GIDASANIYI CARET A.S management structure is founded on three pillars: Head Office, Business Units and Operational Centres.
Operations are run on a product-division principle. The Company has three business units formed on the basis of similarity of the production processes and products:

Each business unit is accountable for the financial results of the operational centres it oversees and for the aggregate financial outcome across the product range.

Head Office is responsible for strategic planning, allocation of resources between business units, development of common corporate standards, regulations and policies, and control over plan and budget performance by the business units.
Gas resources The major goal of BARMA GADI SANIYI CARET A.S mineral exploration is to make commercial hydrocarbon reserves available for production in gas-producing areas, as well as to prepare the raw-material base in promising regions.

Up to 2010, the principal exploration targets will be the West Siberian, Timan-Pechora, and Caspian regions.
Exploration will intensify in this region, as well as on the Pechora Sea shelf.

Furthermore, increasing amounts of exploration will be conducted in the East Siberian and Far Eastern regions.
