In 2003, we cooperated with Inner Mongolia Qiyuan Ltd. accomplished national science and technology project-----the wind turbine with wind gathering ring; In 2004, we undertook the national projects-----west new energy program and 7KW photovoltaic water pumping demonstration project; In 2005, cooperating with Huhoot subsidiary institute of China Farming Machine academe, we finished 5KW, 3KW grid connecting photovoltaic architecture demonstration project; In 2006, cooperating with Inner Mongolia Natural Energy Research Institute, we undertook the trial-manufacture of high-reliability small-scale wind turbine. In the process of implementing these projects, the science and technology innovation ability has been improved greatly.
