Baoshida Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise group registered by the State Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce. We are an investment company specialized in manufacturing industry, investment, development and management.

Through nearly 10 years of development, our company has focused on four areas: industry, investment, real estate and trade. For the industry area, we deal with precision copper processing, cables, LED electronic technologies and other advanced manufacturing industries. There are two industrial parks, one in Jinan and the other in Dongying, and five industrial manufacturing park bases in Shanghai and Yucheng. We have invested in 16 companies with the total assets of RMB6 billion. In 2011, the income of industrial area is RMB3.5 billion and aims to reach RMB10 billion in 2020.

We are a comprehensive enterprise based on advanced manufacturing and multiple industrial investment management. There are above 3,000 staff. We develop civilization production activities and implement 5S management. We pay special attention to technical innovation, and establish management systems according to international standard. Our products have passed international standard production certification, and got a number of national patents and awards.

We have been identified as "Provincial Enterprise Technology Center" and "Shandong Semiconductor Lighting Engineering Technology Center". We cooperate with several Universities in Shandong, and become a member of Shandong University Cooperation Alliance. We are Shandong University Innovation Practice Base too.

We were chosen as a key support unit by the National Development And Reform Commission and a support unit of Shandong Province Key Product Structure Adjustment Fiscal Special Funds Program.
