Established in 2003, Baoding Huayuan Spinning Fibre Limited Company, is a manufacturer dedicated to the production of polyester mats & short fiber needle punctured geotextile, and has obtained ISO9001 certificate. Our company can manufacture a wide variety of products to satisfy different customers.With convenient transportation, our company is located 2km south of HUABEI PEARL, which is known for its famous Baiyangdian Lake. We are in central region between 150-kilometer-away Beijing, Tianjin, and Shijiazhuang city. Our company mainly produces polyester mats with ten product lines (including needle punctured, dipping and oven dry), and can make a range of products between domestic standards 120 gram to 280 gram. Our annual output capacity reaches 4000 m2. In addition, our company owns advanced product lines for geotextile, a product line for a breadth of 6.6m, and five lines for a breadth of 2.5m. All above mentioned product lines are automatically controlled with reliable quality. We can also roll out various productions with a maximum breadth of 6.5m, ranging from 100g/m2 to 1000g/m2 as well. The annual output is 4000mt. In order to keep product quality, testing equipment, such as tensile testing machine, Aging Test Chamber, Impervious instrument, the melt flow rate instrument, processing machine, scale and thickness tester, are equipped in the inspection room, which are used for inspection of raw material and product quality.
