The Construction Company was built in the first half of 1950s and it has been actively serving in the construction sector for 50 years. The Import&Export Company has been trading raw cotton and cotton yarn since 1981 and in addition to this, the Spinning Mill and the Dyeing House was established in 1998 at Çorlu. Furthermore, in 2004 our second Spinning Mill has begun to operate with the latest tecnology machinery and has reached to 24.000 spindles capacity.BALTAŞ is able to serve 100% cotton carded rinspun in the range of Ne 16/1 to Ne 40/1, 100% cotton combed rinspun in the range of Ne 16/1 to Ne 60/1 and their 2-plies. What is more, BALTAŞ is able to serve for reactive dyed yarns in every color and any type of yarn upon request, such as 100% cotton, cotton-viscose, cotton-polyester,100% polyester etc. BALTAŞ attaches importance to reliability, service and quality. The company uses the latest technology in every step of the production with the ECOTEX Certificate under the inspection of charged, qualified and experienced engineers.The Spinning Mill I is composed of TRUTZSCHLER Blowing Room with JOSSI Contamination Controller and DK-803 Cardings, VOUK Drawframes with Uster Sliverdata which serves for the detection of oversteppings of pre-set quality levels, RIETER E62 Comber, RIETER E32 Unilap, ZINSER 660 Roving Frames, ZINSER 350 Ring Spinning Machines (12.000 spindles) and SCHLAFHORST 238 Cone Winding with Uster Polymatic yarn clearing.The Spinning Mill II is composed of TRUTZSCHLER Blowing Room with JOSSI Contamination Controller and DK-903 Cardings, RIETER Drawframes SB-D15 and RSB-035, ZINSER 668 Roving Frames, ZINSER 351 Ring Spinning Machines (12.000 spindles) and SCHLAFHORST 338 Cone Winding with Uster Quantum. There are 3 LUWA air-condition stations. The USTER Tester 4SE is used in the laboratory in order to keep the quality constant.The SSM model CW1-D Assembly Winder and VOLKMANN model VTS-09 Compact Twisters are of your further assistance.The Yarn Dyeing Factory is composed of 10 KRANTZ Dyeing Kiers with the capacities of 3x50kg, 100kg, 2x250, 350kg, 2x500kg, 600kg and 3 bobbins sample dyeing kier and 6 THIES Dyeing Kiers with the capacities of 15kg, 50kg, 100kg, 150kg, 200kg, 1000kg and 1 bobbin sample dyeing kier, 2xRF SYSYEMS Radio Frequency Dryer, 1xTHIES Pressure Dryer, HACOBA H 2200 FP Precision Winder, HACOBA H 2000 U Winder, SAVIO Espero Winder and COLOR SERVICE Chemical Otomation. BALTAŞ makes Reactive Dyeing according to ECO Standards and it is able to give Spectrofotometer results on request. Each batch is always carefully checked for washing, light and wet/dry rubbing fastness.
