Ay Ambalaj is the sister company of Talay Makina which was established in 1970's and has undersigned many firsts in its sector. It began its production in Izmir Ataturk Organized Industrial Zone in 1997 and also begun to serve pulses, spices, dried nuts manufacturing companies which were also among Talay Makina's customers in supplying the packaging materials in accordance with the European Standards. Ay Ambalaj continues production in its 6.000 mò factory built on 12.000 mò covering area.In respect of serving its customers, our company which aims to catch the high standards has completely preferred the European companies in selection of the machinery line within its body. Therefore, it has been increasingly maintaining its exports to Europe, Africa, Asia and America day by day through expanding its sales network in the external market as it succeeds in the domestic market. Our company which hosts the Flexo and Rotogravure (Gravure) printing machines in it also makes production with or without the solvent according to the material structure. Ay Ambalaj, which also performs customer's own designs in its own body, manufactures high-quality bags which are enclosed on three sides, the back sewed, hooded , vacuumed, doypack (seated), locked and Quattro in a manner to meet all the needs of customers under the roof of its own production.Our company is able to manufacture flexible packaging materials composed of Bopp, Cpp, metalized, aluminum, pearlize , polimid, PE based supplies as a single layer or laminated in the reel or bag shaped in line with the customer requirements.Our company, the main objective of which is to work with the principle of customer satisfaction, follows the modern technology in the sector and reflects its results to the product quality. Therefore, it has got ISO 9001 Quality Certificate since 2009.
