"We started off with our own set up in early sixties from ginning and later on kept on adding on the value to product. We came in to Spinning and weaving and over the years established our repute as top of the line yarn and greige exporters. Keeping in view our excellent quality of greige, our customers across the world pushed us to have our own set up of processing and stitching. Encouraged by the support of our valued customers, we went for a state of the art, most modern processing set up and a very well laid out and organized stitching facility in the year 2003. Before that we had been out sourcing the processing and stitching of the goods at well reputed mills in Pakistan and had ample experience of handling home textile products.Our current set up is having 100,000 spindles spinning set up, 700 Sulzer looms and 250 Air jet looms in the weaving division, A state of the art processing facility with a dyeing and printing capacity of 100,000 meters/day and bleaching of 150,000 meters /day that back up with fully equipped in-house lab. Our stitching division is having 700 sewing machines with a capacity of converting 80,000 meters / day in to made ups.We also equipped Quilting and Warding unit to produce quilted product with capacity 3000 comforter /day. Our continued export of quality products in bleached, dyed and printed fabrics and made ups backed up by effective and reliable services, helped us win regular business from Companies like West Point Home, Springs Canada, Homestead Hospitality (for a major program of sheeting for Holiday Inn express chain across USA),Lee&Fung, Linen & things, Superior for an ongoing program for patient gowns for the last two decades,Trade Linker etc.In UK we are exclusive suppliers to Dorma Group for their easy care dyed bed linen in T180 and also supplying to hotel linen industry through Exclusive Linens.
