Arpacioglu Company established in 1952 in a very authentic Jewish commercial center in Gaziantep and started to produce red lentils. The actual manager of the Arpacioglu Company is the third generation since the foundation. The tradition of inheritance from father to son gives great amount of advantage in knowing how to operate successfully.

Arpacioglu Food Industry and Trade Co. which is one of the first red lentils producer and exporter in Turkey, produces yearly 3000 tones of red lentils and exports 20% of its production to EU countries directly or indirectly. In meeting the high quality standards requirements of EU countries, Arpacioglu Co. with the help of its outstanding experience chooses the best lentils from the fields and uses high technology in hygiene issues during the production process. Additionally the Sortex technology used since 1996 provides standardization in several aspects of the production including sorting the colors.
