Our Materials, Components and Technology used include PVC Cable Extrusion, Injection Molding, Wire Cutting, Stripping and Twisting, Terminal Crimping, High Frequency Welding, Center Stripping etc. Center Crimping is of International Standards. Our wires and cables are used as original equipment by leading vehicle manufacturer and also in replacement market. These are manufactured with high conductivity, bright annealed, copper conductors bunched together, insulated with dielectric grade PVC Compound (impervious to oil, water, petrol, diesel, acids and grease) in plain, spiral and tracer colors.
Wiring Harness is an assembly of cables of different lengths, sizes, and colors fitted with various types of terminals and couplers. It can fit cable assembly to give internal electrical connections to various electric and electronic equipments. It can be termed as the electrical nervous system of anything operated with electric and electronic power.

It utilizes advance machines like fully Automatic Wire Cutting, stripping & twisting Machine, Semi-Automatic Crimping Machine, Applicators, Toggle Press, Wire Stripping Machine, Wire Stripping cum Twisting Machine, Solder bath with temperature control, and Hot Sealing Machine. The company calibrates best testing equipments like most advance Wire harness continuity tester 128 remote display, Push and Pull Gauge, Breakdown Tester, Megger, Digital Micro-OHM Meter, Micro-Meter, blue star tugastan testing machine, and Vernier Caliper to ensure the quality. We procure and also manufacture high quality of raw materials, such as, cable, sleeves, corrugated tubes, sockets, terminals, rubber grommet, caps, adhesive tape, and solder from reputed sources.
