Bumi Armada Berhad is a Malaysiabased international offshore oil field services provider that is a global FPSO player and among the top owners and operators of OSVs in Asia. The company provides services through the oil and gas value chain – from exploration through to field development and construction, production and operations and eventually, decommissioning – via four main business units Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) Offshore Support Vessels (OSV) Transport and Installation (T&I) Oil Field Services (OFS) and three support units: Asset Management and Operations (AMO) Major Projects (MP) Engineering and Technology (E&T) With our head office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and shorebases in several countries around the globe, we currently serve clients in South East Asia, Congo, India, Mexico, Africa, Venezuela and the Caspian Sea region. The Company was incorporated in December 1995 as a public limited company (under the Companies Act, 1965), and the Bumi Armada group of companies include diversified subsidiaries as well as joint venture companies.
