Workshop facilities on the premises includes machine shop, assembly, test bench & warehouse. We have our own foundry situated at Savli 20 Kms from Vadodara which is equipped with all the manufacturing facilities in house. Viz: Blending wax formulations, Shelling, Dewaxing, Melting, Fettling Heat treatment & Shot blasting. Test facilities include chemical & physical analysis, radiography and dye penetrant tests .Moreover, the unit is supported with an ultra modern tool room with CNC machines.Amolee valves is an ISO 9001-2000 certified Company by UKAS.Quality assurance Department is a major part and portion of Amolee .Our ***** Dept follows stage wise & final high quality inspection standards laid down by the specification. No valve goes to the next stage of the production process without passing the inspection of each process. Our raw material is checked. Dimensional & visual inspections are conducted on every components of the assembly.
