ALPA Hydraulic Machinery Industry Limited was established in 1979 in Istanbul. Initial production range consisted of Melamine and Bakelite presses. In 1981, Leather Ironing and Embossing presses were introduced to meet the demand of the rapidly evolving tannery industry. Today, ALPA is still the leader in this field.Current products include: - Transfer and compression type presses and pre-plasticizing units for thermosets (Bakelite, Melamine, etc.)- Deep drawing presses for sheet metal forming- Rubber and tire vulcanization presses- Leather ironing and embossing presses - Extrusion presses - Werzalit presses - Compressed wood presses- Polyester presses- Automatic feeding and stripped equipped compression moulding presses- Electrodes presses - Form presses - Glass mosaic presses- Pre-Plasticizing unit for thermosets- Hydraulic H frame presses- Hydraulic C frame presses- Hydraulic column presses- Various hydraulic presses for special purposes As of 1982, ALPA has been manufacturing presses for international markets.
