Almesan is a member of Selcuklu Group and established in September 2007 in Arslanbey Industrial Zone Kocaeli and start up production by February 2009.Located in an 80.000m² open and 50.000m² closed area.Almesan is the one and the first company using Hazelett Casting Technology with a tandem hot Rolling mill in ***** our production process, addition to low alloy products, the deep drawable high Mg alloy products are targeted.Almesan is furnished by 40 tons melting and 30 tons tiltable holding furnace with a casting capacity of 5 - 7 tons hot rolled coil in an hour.In the existing line 19-50 mm thickness 305-600 mm width and 2-3 tons of hot coils can be castable.With the produced coils;â¢In various thickness and diameter deep drawable circleâ¢12mm -111mm diameter, 25 - 23mm thickness impact extrusion slugsâ¢600mm width evaporator and heat shieldsâ¢0, 3-12mm thickness and 600mm width coils and sheetsâ¢80 micron thickness and 500mm width folioâ¢In various width and thickness strip products are available.
