Plans must be revised and amended according to the lessons of experience in order to meet the real conditions and changing factors which are beyond the control of the enterprise.The indications for a successfully is to develop shrimp farming project in Republic of Yemen are very encouraging-The project is feasible; economically sound and can be a reality with the assumption that the government of Yemen and the authorities will support the project. The project is an interesting proposition for all parties concerned.
