I represent a holding company here in Ankara Turkey.

We always wish to seek new suppliers for us to deliver to us here in Turkey.

I would like a quotation price per Metric Ton of the following Items from your companies.

Light Natural SN 150, Base 150, Ind 1-20-A

Heavy Natural SN 500, SN 30, Ind 1-40-A

Ind 1-8-A and 1-10-A

White Spirit.

We seriously require the following quantities every month to be forwarded to Turkey;

Light Natural SN 150, Base 150, Ind 1-20-A

(1500-5000 Tonnes Per Month)

Heavy Natural SN 500, SN 30, Ind 1-40-A

(500-2000 Tonnes Per Month)
Ind 1-8-A and 1-10-A

(1000-3000 Tonnes Per Month)

White Spirit.

(10000-25000 Tonnes Per Month)

*Remember, these must be regulary delivered every
-month.

We must agree a suitable price per tonne for each item categorised.. If we do come to am acceptable price, I and my CEO will sign the contract in the country of supply. We would first need to visit the holding area to examine the merchandise. If all goes well within our negotiations,
You will be our only major supplier. Therefore we seek a reasonable offer.

Please could also provide me with your terms and conditions of payment for our legal department and a company profile in English, before we begin the final negotiations.

We are a major Firm in the Republic of Turkey, and therefore we need regular(on-time) deliveries.
