Adroit Recycling Limited will be unveiling a 3rd generation tyre recycling plant later on this year, based in south Wales. The plant will enable us to produce premium rubber granulates of any grade between 0.5 - 6.0 mm in size, tyre mesh (fibre), steel, and Micronized Rubber Powder of size <0.5 mm. Unlike traditional granulators, the granulate is crushed and not cut, providing increased bonding properties. Our Rubber Crumb is produced completely mechanically, thus producing quality Rubber Crumb at a reduced price, compared to other non mechanical plants. With the combination of quality and competitive pricing, our rubber crumb and micronized rubber powder could be perfect for your business.

All products produced from our plant can be used in a variety of manufacturing processes, rubber crumb/powder can be used in paint, safety mats, and asphalt. The fibre collected can be used in carpet blends and underlay, as well as a tyre derived fuel. The steel found in tyres is of high quality and is used in the steel mills for further processing.

According to the UK environment agency 55 million tyres are removed from vehicles every year in UK. There is a huge quantity of tyres available for processing. Growing utilization of rubber in industrial and consumer applications, combined with increased consumer awareness has led to an increased demand for Micronized Rubber Powder (MRP), steel and fiber. Adroit Recycling will utilize its state-of-the-art German tyre recycling plant to process 2.5 tons of tyres per hour.
