Upon programm payment confirmation4. Shell supply vsl communicates verbally and in writing with the Buyer's receiving vsl5. Shell supply vsl sails to longside and tie-up with Buyer's receiving vsl6. Upon tie up of both vsls, the Buyer's vsl issues a permit (ATB) for buyer's representatives and inspectors to come on board the vsl7. Shell offficials provide the contract and other shipping documents to the Buyer's Representative for their perusal and execution as well as records.8. Transhipment Takes place9. Q&Q takes place10.
