Dear Sirs, Reference directions of activity of our firm are the activities in the field of deposition of different coatings by gas-termal methods (HVOF and FS) ,vacuum methods (PVD),production of equipments for HVOF deposition (portable set Termika-3 ) and Flame Spray Termika-2,additives for wear-resistance gas-thermal powders (DWC6410). The methods HVOF and FS concern to powder methods of deposition of coatings .It will be used for deposition of rather thick layers (up to several mms) .By the help of these methods of deposition probably to restore worn parts, to put wear-resistance coatings, the temperature-resistant coatings etc. (ing.A.Shvartsman) In our firm there is a segment of deposition of coatings by vacuum method (Dr.Boris A.Eizner).The method of deposition (PVD) allows to put different kinds thin (up to 100 microns) coatings in vacuum. We use this technology for deposition of wear-resist coatings on a cutting tool, diamond ,CBN and other powders and go on. We use:-vacuum arc deposition,-vacuum arc deposition with ions assistance,-sputtering,-electron beam technology Our possibilities for control quality of coating:-optical image,-SEM image and the quantitative analysis of coatings,-measuring of surface roughness of coating surface,-measuring of adhesion.Among our customers:Deldent Ltd(Israel),EID Ltd(England),Shipyard Haifa (Israel),Van Moops (Switzerland ),HP (Israel brunch) ,Elbit (Israel)and firm from Japan,Vietnam,Singapore,India,Taiwan,Russia,USA ,Argentina,Uruguay and go on.
