- Our company is one of the most experienced companies in manufacturing & supply Bags to package Cement, Fertilizer, Agricultural products (Rice, Sugar...) in Vietnam. Our company 's products have been supplied for the domestic & foreign market & gained customers' trust for high quality products & services.
CAPACITY
-TOTAL PRODUCTIVITY
Total 120 million bags/year with 4 production lines: 1 Germany & Taiwan production line launched in 2005& 3 India & Taiwan production line launched in 2008 - 2012. Total productivity constantly remains at 10 - 12 million bags per month.
- MACHINE
+ Fabric converting machine: 6 converting machine from Germany, India, Taiwan & Vietnam. Total productivity: 1200 - 1500 kg/h.
+ Weaving machine: More than 100 looms made in Germany, Taiwan, India. Total productivity: 12000 - 15000 m/h.
+ Coating machine: 5 KP & PP coating machine made in Taiwan. Total productivity: 15000 - 18000 m/h
+ Printing & slitting machine: 3 Taiwan cement printer & 3 PP
Bag printer. Total Productivity: 600 - 800 bags/min.
+ Sewing machine: 10 automatic sewing lines made in Japan; 5 semi-automatic sewing machine made in Japan & Taiwan. Total productivity: 18.000 - 20.000 bags/h.
MATERIAL
+ PP, PE Material imported from: Korea, Taiwan, Saudi Arabic, Japan
+ Kraft Paper imported from: Republic of Russia, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia
- HUMAN RESOURCE
Total: Over 500 people, including more than 100 engineers, Bachelor in economics, engineering (office department). The remaining consists of skilled workers in high level & having many years of experience working for the company.
