1. Contract sign buyer and seller.
2. Buyer's Bank issue LETTER PAYMENT GUARANTEE as text verbiage attached (35K-ZURICH) or 6[1]DRAFT BANK LETTER.
3. Seller provide FULL or PARTLY POP.
4. Buyer 's Bank issue Operative BG ICC 458 or SBLC ICC458 with Text irrevocable, Transferable and Unconditional only.
5. Seller issue Operative PB 2% of the Face Value BG or SBLC.
6. Buyer's Bank issue Conditional MT103 / 23.
7. Delivery
8. Payment after SGS / CIQ / Unloading.
